Two new appointments and Partner promotion

Coulters has promoted one director to partner and made two managerial appointments taking the total head count to 35 staff.

Joanne Cruickshank, who was one of the eight-strong team to join Coulters from Scottish law firm Morton Fraser last September, has been promoted to Partner. With over 30 years’ experience in the legal profession, Joanne will manage the conveyancing team. She said: “Coulters has the perfect blend of experience and innovation and I’m delighted to be working with such a dedicated and talented team.”

Commenting on Joanne’s promotion, Ken Ireland, Coulters’ CEO added: “Joanne adds a wealth of relevant experience to an already hugely experienced partnership. Her strengths in people management and team leadership will be especially useful as we move into the next phase of our development. Her passion for residential property makes her a huge asset to the entire Coulters business.

Rebecca Ajodani has also joined Coulters as a senior client advisor in our Stockbridge office. A Business Studies graduate from Aberdeen University, Rebecca has extensive experience in client care and sales negotiation. Rebecca is primarily responsible for managing clients within the Stockbridge and New Town area and will focus on business development within the area.

Craig Barrie is our new associate in Property Sales based in our Marchmont office with responsibility for providing clients with property valuations and market updates. Craig joins Coulters from Espace Real Estate in Dubai where he was client manager responsible for the sale and negotiation of a large portfolio of extremely high value properties. Prior to his time in Dubai, Craig worked at DJ Alexander in Edinburgh in a property management role.
