Office Administrator


At Coulters we pride ourselves on our expertise in delivering results for our clients, across all areas of residential property.

Due to the continuing growth of the business, we are looking for a hardworking and committed administrator based at our Head Office at Edinburgh Park.

If you are a proactive, reliable individual who has an attention for detail and accuracy to support our Legal Team we would love to hear from you. Previous office and administration experience would are desirable but not essential, together with experience of the suite of Office365 products and working with document management systems.

The core responsibilities are;

  • Administration of opening and closing procedures within our database
  • File management including scanning to our database
  • General organisation, time management, and any other administration as required
  • Understanding financial client ledgers
  • Compliance administration
  • Working on specific short term projects
  • Typing cover if required
