Client Administrator

This role includes looking after clients, both in person and on the telephone, dealing with web enquiries, administration duties and generally helping out the team.

To apply you should be enthusiastic, have outstanding customer service skills, a great telephone manner, excellent organisational abilities, first-class software skills, and be a really hard working individual. You are most likely to have just qualified from college or university or have left school with no less than 3 Highers.

This a great opportunity to work with an ambitious and vibrant team in a business that’s really going somewhere. The role will be based between our Marchmont & Stockbridge offices and whilst it’s mainly Monday till Friday you will also form part of a team rota to ensure the offices are covered at weekends and some evenings.
