We will take the time to get to know you, so that we can understand your circumstances and requirements and give you the best possible advice and assistance. Following your valuation visit, we will provide you with a marketing proposal that will set out our recommendations for the price you should place your property on the market and the marketing strategy you should use. This proposal will detail the steps we think you should take to prepare you home and will outline the marketing resources and channels that we will use.
If you choose to appoint us to sell your home, we will then finalise our marketing strategy (in line with your priorities), fees and costs. We promise that we will get your property on to the market within seven days of instruction.

We will keep you fully up-to-date with how your property sale is progressing (see Our Approach for more details). In addition, as a client of Coulters you will have access to our Open Book system. This will allow you to see how many people are viewing your property on-line and how many Home Report downloads have been made. It will also allow you to see feedback from viewings, assess how properties in your area are performing and keep track of a time-line of the conveyancing process.
